Loop & Weft once again delivers a standout piece for 2024 that features construction and details that stay true to their simple creed of "Best Knitwear in Japan". Featuring a proprietary double-face drop needle rib knit, the fabric is woven on a rare cotton knitting machine in Wakayama, Japan.

The design is based on military henleys from the 1960s, and recreates classic details such as the woven placket with staggered stitching, durable 3-needle binder neck construction, cats eye buttons and a rounded back hem. The sewing is done with 4-needle flat seams, which require skilled techniques to flatten the unevenness of the seam allowance. This time-consuming sewing method further enhances the atmosphere and comfort of this classic t-shirt. 

The silhouette is a basic regular fit with a good amount of room in the body and armholes, and can be worn alone or as an inner layer
